about

Originally titled 'The Chia Pet Project', this soundtrack was written in a two-part spontaneous live performance by Cady and Peat for an indie short-film written and directed by filmmaker Teri Carson. The Truckee Brothers then also wrote and recorded the song 'Poly Esther' especially for the film, after which Teri renamed her film 'Poly Esther' and the rest is Tijuana history. You'll have to fill us full of tequila to get those stories out of us.

And just so you don't think you're missing out, the song 'Poly Esther' was released the following year on the album 'It Came From The Speakers' which is available here in Digital, and glorious Technicolor CD formats! (truckeebrothers.bandcamp.com/album/it-came-from-the-speakers)

Truckee Brothers San Diego, California

Born by accident in a studio in 2004. Died bloody in 2009. Rose from the dead live onstage on Jan 10, 2014. Sounds like a Dionysian myth to me.
